Vintage Durabrite California Salt Pepper Shakers (2 sets) 1950's These two sets are exciting examples of California-style vintage plastic salt and pepper shakers from the 1950's. The cylindrical shakers have white bodies with cornflower blue bases and caps on one set and alternating red and yellow on the bases and caps of the other set. On the caps are raised letters "S" and "P" with the holes following the shape of the letters. Each shaker is marked "Durabrite CALIFORNIA" on the bottom. They are 2.5" (6.4 cm) tall by 1.5" (3.8 cm) diameter. See photos for condition. We found no visible flaws or wear. Excellent vintage condition. These California cuties would be great in your kitchen or summer picnic. Either way, they make a cherished addition to your collection.
