This vintage hat is a very unique design. The hat is lightweight. You can wear this hat on any occasion that will make you stand out from the crowd. This nicely allows for air circulation between the head and the actual hat. The head portion is stretchable.
Condition Note: a few dark spots on the flowers are from the glue that stuck the flowers on the hat. The elastic that tights the hat to your chin is a little worn out due to aging but you can replace it easily if you need it.
