The measurement all the way down for all around is 36" and from shoulder at collar to bottom hem about 41 1/2" and no I cannot go find it to take any other measurements. Needs some minor mending at the top and I expect most women interested in such a garment could do that. Cool and lightweight and wouldmake for great festival wear. Not every square inch of fabric showin in photos but what you do not see is no different. USA only for this item, packaging is basic brown paper but it won't get hurt and this saves you shipping money I would otherwise have to charge.
