Descripción del Artículo

Description Philadelphia Artist - Margery Niblock 60s SIGNED Woodcut Print " Sheep" A whimsical print sure to put a smile on anyone's face ... especially a child. The piece measures (including mat) 14.5 tall inches by 15.5" inches. Double matted on board with some wear( two small tears on bottom of matting does not affect the print itself) . Please see photos to help with the description. Margery has been a printmaker since 1958. Her work is in collections throughout the United States and abroad. The 1972 UNICEF Engagement Calendar had one of her woodcuts, "Fantasy," chosen for inclusion, and her work was used as a cover and feature story in the Today Magazine of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
