Measures 3.25 inches from nose to hat. 2.5 inches tall. Plus in bottom. No makers mark, so unknown as to where it is from. Appears to be made of ceramic. Estate sale purchase. I get most of my items at estate auctions, Storage Units, antique stores, Vintage shops, etc. and sell them in an "as found" condition.
