This is a vintage 1977 Wilton cake topper, a plastic circus clown dressed in red, white and blue. Equal parts fun, nostalgic, patriotic and creepy (lol). Made in Hong Kong. He stands about 4.25" tall and is in good condition, showing very little wear and no issues except that he no longer has the balls he used to juggle in his hands (I realize this is an awkward sentence but I'm just gonna leave it alone).
