Three branches of big-time wrestling action collide in WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2010 Featuring ECW, the 11th full title in THQ's sports entertainment series. As in earlier games, players can create a custom wrestler character, choosing the looks, style, moves, and the entrance. WWE 2010's "Story Designer" mode allows players to create custom stories for their characters as well, with more control over events, length, and outcome than available in the story-scripting modes of previous games. The game also includes 30 real-life WWE superstar wrestlers, divided into brand-based rosters: "Raw," "SmackDown," "ECW," "WCW," "Legends," and "Free Agents." For the Wii version of the game, motion-controls have been improved, with an interface similar to the updated Xbox and PlayStation 3 versions. Other options include the use of a GameCube controller or Wii classic controller.
