This vintage Wenoka SCUBA Stainless Steel 8436 Dive Knife has a fixed-blade knife designed for scuba diving and was made in Japan. It was designed by Blackie Collins and is sought after by divers for its reliability and durability. The knife comes with a plastic sheath that includes slots for thigh or leg straps, allowing it to be securely attached to a diver's leg. Wenoka was a prominent manufacturer of scuba and diving knives, known for their durable designs and innovations like the patented Squeeze Lock mechanism. The company is no longer in operation under the Wenoka name, but their knives remain highly sought after by divers and collectors. The knife is in good condition, but a name has been engraved into the steel handle end and the yellow handle has some light discoloration.
