Light meter looks very nice. I don't see anything damaged. But I have not tested it. So not sure if it works. And thus sold as is and as found.
It might work and it might not. It is untested.
Meter has been used with some signs of cosmetic use. I would rate them a 8, on a scale from 1 to 10.
