This is an awesome heavy duty strap. Total length is 8 inches, with two loops, and it's made from heavy duty orange webbing. Strap Dimensions: Length: 10 inches Sewn with V135 Thread Width: 1 inch Thickness: .081 inches To visualize this thickness, the strap overlap where it is sewn together is just under 1/4 inch thick (.25 inches). You can do the math, .081 x 3 = .243 inches. Compare that to your old strap or your the one your buddy has. This is a thick strap, much thicker than most OEM straps. This strap is so thick many postal facilities classify it as a parcel for figuring postage. All the OEM straps I've seen are less than .048 inn thickness, more like ribbon for wrapping a birthday present, than for hanging off the front of your 4x4. A great winch hook strap to dress up your 4 x 4 or ATV. Not only does it look. It is perfect for deploying your winch hook and cable should you ever need to. I have a slightly larger version of this strap that is approximately 10 inches long in a straight 2 loop and a twisted 2 loop style. The twisted loop is designed the large loop you put your hand through stays open making it easier to get your hand in it, particularly if you have gloves or mittens on. I also do the same strap in nylon instead of polypropylene. The nylon is stronger the the poly. Please note: These straps are not made to tow or lift.
