Alabaster has been widely used for small sculptures in the ancient world, particularly in Ancient Greece, Egypt, and Mesopotamia. Afterward, the mixture is poured into a mold shaped to the statue design. Because the powder is so fine, it allows for the reproduction of even the smallest details. Furthermore, over 90% of the finished sculpture consists of natural crushed Greek Alabaster stone, giving it the appearance and texture of solid natural marble. In addition, all sculptures are carefully finished by hand to guarantee the highest quality. This material is not only strong but also water and weather-resistant. It is free of bubbles, will not crack, and can be cleaned with most cleaning agents. Please note: Our statues are not carved. The alabaster we use is not the calcite alabaster variety which is also known as onyx-marble, Egyptian alabaster, or Oriental alabaster. Natural marble statues are hand carved and command a very hefty price. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME In-stock items - We ship the product directly from our warehouse. The estimated delivery time given by the carrier is within 3 to 8 business days after the postal date. Express Delivery (1-3 business days) - For an additional charge available only for EUROPE buyers. RETURN POLICIES Our return policy is 14 days return or exchange. All returns must include all original items, original packaging, undamaged, unused and in re-saleable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can?t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (outer and inner protections). In cases we are unable to identify you as the buyer, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back before we have reviewed your return case. In many cases, courier companies only require pictures of the damaged package and item in order to close a damage claim in our favor. Cancellation is not possible if: -Item was shipped including pre-transit period in which shipping company is given the order to pick up and custody. -Item is customized (including any bespoke customization such as material, color, size or form). WRONG ADDRESS UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES - All items will be shipped to buyer's registered shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. - If your item was shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and return shipping costs will be charged. Shipping costs are paid by receiver, except for items sent as "Free Shipping" for which receiver only pays for return cost. We can ship the item out again for you upon receiving the item back in the mail but we will need to charge the Standard shipping rates to post the order again -Unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
