The head of the snake is set with 1 NATURAL BLUE SAPPHIRE that weighs approx. .40 ct. This stone is a faceted OVAL SHAPE with a DARK BLUE color. The head and tail of the snake is set with 15 SINGLE CUT DIAMONDS of G - H color, SI clarity that weigh approx. .22 ctw. The snake coils around the finger 3 times and it measures 1/2? north to south on top. The ring size is a 6, but because it is wide, it will probably fit a finger that is size 5.5 to 6.
